Create a lasting memory on our Tree of Life

Dedicating a leaf or sunflower in memory of a loved one is a special way to celebrate their life.

As a lasting tribute, your dedication will help us ensure that everyone in the UK receives the high quality end of life care they deserve, so they can focus on what really matters: living well until the end. 

Hospice UK’s Tree of Life is a fitting way to celebrate a life and remember someone who was special to you.

The Tree of Life is positioned at the heart of Hospice House, London, and has 250 elegant leaves and 10 golden sunflowers that can be engraved with the name of your loved one.

When you dedicate a leaf or sunflower, it will remain in place for a year during which time you will be invited to visit your tribute. After 12 months you can choose to keep your tribute on the tree for a further year or we will send it to you to treasure at home.

Your inscription

You can inscribe your leaf with a maximum of two lines or your sunflower with a maximum of three lines of 20 characters (including spaces). What you would like engraved on it is up to you; we recommend the name of your loved one and/or a positive message.
