Create a lasting memory of someone special
Hospice UK have partnered with MuchLoved to enable you to create a lasting memory of someone special through a dedicated tribute page. On your page, family and friends can share memories, photos, music and videos, as well as raise vital funds in memory of your loved one.
It is completely free of charge to set up a tribute page, and you can keep it open for as long as you wish.

A tribute page is a long lasting online memorial that you can use to celebrate the life of a loved one.
You can personalise your tribute page by sharing special memories, photos, music and videos in tribute to your loved one. Family and friends are also able to share messages, light candles and make donations to honour the life of your loved one.
The page is kept open for as long as you want it to be, so you can come back to it over time to mark special dates and occasions.

You can also set up a funeral notice as part of a tribute page.
Provide guests with everything they need, including the location, date and time of the service, a printable map and any special requests you have for the day. Those not attending the service can use the page to leave messages of condolence, share memories and donate.
The funeral notice can be hidden at a later date so that your tribute page can become a memorial to your loved one.
