On this page you'll find Hospice UK's cancellation policy for attendees of one-day in-person courses and conferences.

If a registered delegate is unable to attend the course or conference, they should:
- Telephone the relevant conference outsourcing company between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Email confirmation of the cancellation to the email address advised by the conference outsourcing company.

A cancellation charge of 25% of the value of the course or conference will apply. Where events are free to attend, please check the individual event policy as there is usually a charge.

You will be able to substitute delegates free of charge. Please follow the instructions above to notify the relevant conference outsourcing company.

For cancellations more than 10 working days prior to the course date, 75% of the course fee will be refunded.
For cancellations less than 10 working days prior to the course date, no refunds will be made.
