Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist end of life care to patients in Dorset, and support to their loved ones. This care is given in the comfort of patients’ homes by Weldmar Community Nurses and Weldmar at Home Team, via Day Services across the county, or at our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester.
