St Clare Hospice Care

St Clare Hospice offers specialist care and social support to people who are living with a life-limiting illness. We offer a wide range of services including inpatient, Hospice at Home, hospital and care home support, as well as therapeutic and social support services.  Our bereavement services are open to all.
