An afternoon exploring how to encourage and facilitate a good death.
How do we encourage discussion to enable a "good death"? How do we co-ordinate care for those approaching the end of their lives?
Join us to hear from two palliative care physicians, Professor Julia Riley and Dr Helen Pegrum, about ways in which care can be planned and coordinated to ensure everyone approaching the end of their life has the death they hope for.
We then welcome you to stay and enjoy a complimentary cream tea and a chance to network.
