About the conference

This one-day conference took place on 25 April. With over 100 delegates the theme of the conference was workforce with a focus on recruitment, retention, development, and wellbeing. It featured presentations from hospice colleagues talking about how they are tackling recruitment in the current environment and describing experience of different career pathways.
